I have been a patient at Carolina Urgent and Family Care for most of the year, and decided to make it my primary clinic after an urgent care visit. I have been very satisfied with the level of care I have received since then. The staff, and my physician in particular, conduct themselves professionally and are always very friendly - which we can all agree is so important when you are not feeling your best. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I have also never been kept waiting in reception for uncomfortably long periods of time, as I have experienced in so many clinics. My husband and I were so pleased with the care I had been receiving that he also decided to change clinics, and now we are both patients there.

I came here as a walk in for bronchitis a few months ago and found my primary care physician in carolina urgent and family care. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. They don't rush you out. Also, i feel my privacy is valued. I've seen a woman practitioner every appointment I've had so far and she is amazing. She is kind, explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it, and just in general is a nice, personable woman. I'm happy to have found this office. They offer women's wellness as well as general medicine.

I recently took my father to Carolina Urgent and Family Care for t;he first time. My 91 year-old father had an abscess on his finger which had developed over several weeks, but had suddenly became very red and painful. His primary care doctor didn't have any appointments for several days and we were concerned that his finger had an infection that needed to be lanced. The Carolina Urgent and Family Care staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance coverage and the check-in did not take long. My father was seen within 20 minutes and nurse practitioner Stephanie Hensley examined his finger and identified the infection and prescribed oral and topical antibiotics. She explained that the antibiotics should reduce the abscess and fight the infection instead of lancing the area and creating an open wound that might become more infected. Stephanie was very professional and explained her diagnosis and treatment plan so that we both understood what to do and expect. My father and I have become concerned that getting appointments with our primary care physicians on a day-to-day basis seems to be difficult. It seems that many doctors are not willing to see their patents when they have unexpected issues, but only when they have appointments well in advance. We recommend Carolina Urgent and Family Care for medical treatment as they assisted us when we needed help.

I started coming to this facility after I heard about my father's excellent experiences. I have received nothing but quality care here and complete understanding to the illnesses that I had been struggling with. The doctors are willing to try anything to help make you feel better, whether that antibiotics, alternative care, or referring you out to a specialist for injuries or recurrong issues. They just want to make sure that you're receiving the best quality care that you can at their facility, and they hit the mark every time. I finally found a primary care physician that I will continue seeing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bob Kedar’s since he moved to Lancaster almost 20 years ago. I first saw him on Meeting Street when he took over Lancaster Urgent Care and then on the Bypass when he took over Walker Medical and now at his new location beside Anytime Fitness. Big thank you to Dr. Kedar for seeing me during this difficult time. My primary doctor was closed and the other Urgent Care that I normally visited was closed as well. I had poison ivy and knew I needed a steroid shot to clear it up. I was in the room seeing Dr. Kedar within 5 minutes of walking into the office. The office was clean and everyone wore mask. I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit. Highly recommend!

Diagnosis made quickly, shots provided for swelling and pain on site! Proper follow up instructing given. I am so thankful I found this office! I am older and have grandkids so I have been concerned about getting Coronavirus. I called and made an appointment for 9am this morning. I arrived at 8:55am to complete paperwork. I was in an exam room at 9:01am and as soon as the nurse left the doctor came in. I gave a urine sample, received an injection and they scheduled a CT for me and a followup appointment and I was out the door at 9:35am. Everyone was so nice and the doctor was easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns. Thank you!!!

From the very first time that I was seen by Dr. Kedar, I knew this was the place for me. The genuine concern for me, the patient, was nothing like I had experienced in a long time. Dr. Kedar actually listened to my concerns, was able to pinpoint the issue and resolved the problem. I left there feeling cared for, respected, heard and not like I was just another number. The entire office visit was a pleasure... even down to the instrumental "chill" music that plays softly in the background as you wait to see Dr. Kedar or a member of his team, in those vibrant-painted rooms! If you "must" go to the doctor, my vote is Carolina Urgent & Family Care!

I was getting my care my longtime primary care out of town but was told that Dr Kedar's clinic was worth trying. I'm glad I did, and I switched.I was very happy to find him to be communicative, meaning he actually talks about what is (or may be) wrong in clear language with a straight explanation of remedies, alternatives, scenarios, and the like, without the condescension I usually expect from a doctor. Good guy, and easy to both talk and listen to. The staff are solid, and I have always had good experiences with them, including the fact that they remember who I am when I come in and treat me like I'm the reason they are there (and not the other way around). I would recommend CUFC-Lancaster to anyone.

I am very impressed with my entire experience at Carolina Urgent and Family Care! The check-in process was quick and efficient. The new patient paperwork was only 1 page (front and back). I was a new patient with no appointment and I was in a room and seeing Dr. Kedar within 20 minutes of walking in the door. WOW! Shortly after moving back to the Lancaster area in 2005 my mother was sick over the weekend. I took her to Carolina Urgent & Family Care. I was so impressed with the care and patience that Dr. Kedar gave my mother, I started seeing him as my primary care phyiscian.
